We appointed Gary to provide building services at our period terraced property in September 2012.

After receiving a competitive quotation and local recommendation, we contracted GRS building services to repair and replace our very old roof and also to carry out some additional building works.

We were very happy with the services provided by Gary and his team – we were kept informed each day of what work was taking place and any delays due to weather conditions. The roofing team kept us in the loop about the condition of the roof, how they were going to undertake the repairs and what materials they were using. The new
roof was fitted quickly, is very smart and most importantly it is now watertight!

All the building works carried out by GRS Building Services were completed to the highest standard and to our satisfaction and Gary responded quickly and to any additional requests.
