After being handed a card for GRS construction by a freind the experience has been first class. Every thing from the planning to the finish has been a pleasure.
Working on a tight buget GRS turned a badly built extension into a luxury part of myhome.
Starting with the kitchen they removed a wall to open up a space and fitted a kitchen anybody would be proud to have. Then attention was moved to the up stairs bathroom turning it from a damp and cold place into a luxury room with all top quality fixings.
The GRS team turned up every day and worked well to make my house into a home again. I would recommend GRS CONSTRUCTION to anybody who needs a builder.

I would like to recommend GRS Builders in Downed. Gary and his team did a fantastic job of removing our old carport, repairing the garage roof, replacing
guttering and fitting a new French door. They turned up exactly when they said they would, got on with the work and finished on schedule. Any little issues were immediately discussed with me and dealt with without a hitch.
Everything was left clean and tidy and all waste removed. We were very happy with the price and there were no ‘add on costs’ that many builders seem to try to include.
The boys were all really hard working and courteous and a credit to the company. Gary even did a couple of small repairs he spotted that I hadn’t asked for!

After using Rated people.com I picked GRS construction, the experience from the planning to
the finish has been a plesure.
With a budget of £15,000 for a kitchen we were after a luxury room with all top quality fixings. We had several quotes prior to GRSbut they seemed to offermore than the others.
We have used several building firmsbefore but i mustsay the GRS team were with us all the wayon the requirements we wanted. We had made a few changesto the original plan but they were pleased to adivse and helped give me a dream kitchen nothing was a issue or problem for the team.

We appointed Gary to provide building services at our period terraced property in September 2012.
After receiving a competitive quotation and local recommendation, we contracted GRS building services to repair and replace our very old roof and also to carry out some additional building works.
We were very happy with the services provided by Gary and his team – we were kept informed each day of what work was taking place and any delays due to weather conditions. The roofing team kept us in the loop about the condition of the roof, how they were going to undertake the repairs and what materials they were using. The new
